Shocking statistics show that offenses of violence have soared by 18 per cent in just 12 months. They come as a separate report showed the number of police officers has fallen to its lowest level since 1985. FCA to invest $4.5B in Detroit with new assembly plant and expanded production

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles said on Tuesday it will invest $4.5 billion in converting an engine plant in Detroit to an assembly plant and expanding production at five other plants in Michigan. The move would create 6,500 jobs in Michigan.
